7 December 2023, Hamburg – TRACK CEO Phillip Schilling to leave in spring 2024 after 16 successful years at the helm of the Hamburg agency for data-driven communication.
Under his leadership, the former catalogue and direct marketing agency Rapp Collins has evolved into TRACK, now one of the leading data-driven agencies in the German market. In this time, the agency has won prestigious new accounts and clients including BMW Motorrad, Ferrero, Lindt, McDonald’s, Miles & More, MINI and Samsung.
Phillip Schilling: “As TRACK, we have been able to realise our vision of a modern agency and provide the highest standards of contemporary marketing services to magnificent clients and brands over the past 16 years. I am very grateful to Omnicom and DDB for their trust and the entrepreneurial freedom they have given us.”
Over the coming few months, he will hand over the reins to Sandra Voß (Chief Growth Officer), Mirco Meyer (Chief Financial Officer), Bastian Mathes (Chief Product Officer) and Till Hohmann (Chief Creative Officer), who will steer the future course of the agency as a four-person management team.
“I firmly believe that a leading agency requires a professionally coordinated management transition that safeguards quality and fosters confidence and trust with clients and employees,” says Schilling, looking ahead to what is planned for the coming months.
The agency is now well-equipped to meet the challenges presented by the change in management. TRACK has achieved record results in each of the last two years and has grown by over 20% with a workforce of 190 employees. Only recently, the agency was also able to defend its coveted CRM account with Miles & More GmbH.
