Hamburg, September 2018: Hamburg-based agency, TRACK has bolstered its creative and digital expertise by engaging the highly regarded, multi-award winning Reza Ramezani as its new Chief Creative Officer Digital & Data. Reza previously served as Executive CD and a member of the Management Board at defacto BE/ONE since 2015.
Along with Britta Poetzsch (Chief Creative Officer Campaign), Mr. Ramezani now completes the creative team’s dual leadership at the agency, which has won a lot of new business in the last few months. His predecessor, Chris Wallon, who had been at TRACK since Fall 2016, has left the agency at his own request to pursue new creative challenges. The agency would like to take the opportunity to thank him for his commitment and wish him all the very best for the future.
Reza Ramezani, 33, is one of the most respected and successful creative professionals in Germany. He combines a comprehensive track record in the development of powerful communication concepts with in-depth technical expertise. Prior to BE/ONE, he gained considerable international experience and expertise as CD at Ogilvy Paris. He originally made a name for himself with his work at Jung von Matt in the period from 2011 to 2015. Reza has won numerous awards over the course of his career including three coveted Cannes Silver Lions, three Silver Statues at the London International Awards (LIA), and a Gold eurobest Award.
“I’ve had my eye on TRACK for a long time, as their integrated big data solutions and modern brand management methods have created quite a stir. There’s hardly another agency that’s so well-equipped for the future and ready to meet clients’ needs as TRACK is. I am delighted to be part of this successful team,” enthused Reza Ramezani.
“The tasks faced by an agency are becoming ever more complex. As a consequence, the need for contemporary, solution-oriented creative work is higher. Reza Ramezani brings to the table everything we could wish for from an experienced creative digital professional. Our agency team will certainly profit from his passion to strive to find the best solutions for client challenges as well as his extensive expertise in dealing with the combination of data, digital, and CRM. Apart from that, he will fit perfectly into our team on a personal level,” explained Phillip Schilling, CEO of TRACK.
TRACK has also promoted Tatjana Henschel to the position of Executive Creative Director. The proven CRM expert came to the agency in 2015 and has worked on major accounts including TUI Cruises and Miles & More. The communication designer is also a lecturer for cross-media design at the Hamburg Institute of Design and has been a regular jury member at various award shows, including the Annual Multimedia Awards, Caples Awards in New York, the ECHO Awards, and the German Dialog Marketing Prize.
We also welcome Katrin Moos as a new member to the creative team. Along with
Andreas Riechers, who started at TRACK in 2003, Katrin makes up the Creative Ideation Senior Team and is responsible for the creative output for clients such as L’Oréal, Vodafone, and Unilever Food Solutions. She brings a wealth of experience to TRACK in the areas of digital CRM, UX design, and digital concepts. Previously, she worked at a rival Hamburg agency, GGH MullenLowe, in creative concepts. Prior to that, she was an Art Director at DDB Hamburg.
So far, 2018 has been highly successful for TRACK with regard to new business acquisitions. It recently won the TUI Cruises account for three different communications segments. TRACK was also appointed by BMW Motorrad as its lead global creative agency. In addition, it won the CRM account for Vorwerk’s innovative Temial tea maker – as well as the account to develop and manage the community platform of German discount grocery giant, Aldi Süd.
